Job Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

Maintain recruitment records and follow up with candidates.

Assist with onboarding and HR activities.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Excel.
