About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.

Performance Management

Implement performance appraisal systems and guide managers on effective feedback practices.

Track employee performance and create development plans where required.

HR Policies & Compliance

Develop, update, and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.

Ensure smooth HR operations including payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and design learning programs for skill enhancement.

Partner with external trainers/vendors when needed.

HR Operations & Reporting

Maintain HR metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership review.

Oversee HRMS and ensure accurate employee data management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of proven experience in HR management or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in HR software/HRMS and MS Office tools.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
