• Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Onboarding
• Employee training and development
• Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review & Annual Performance Appraisal
• Ensure harmonious work environment with union and workmen
• Industrial Relation Enforce Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act w.r.t contract manpower
• Planning & Supervision of Security arrangement in the entire plant area.
• Control of Vehicle Moment for Incoming Raw Material & Outgoing Cement Despatches.
• Planning & Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, Celebration of Various Festivals, Company Event and the Quality of Life.
• Allocation of Flats in Complex, Supervision of OHC Canteen, Company Vehicles & General Administration
• Liaison with govt. & strong holds on stake holder management
