Job Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
• Lead and support the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Coach and advise managers on HR best practices, fostering a culture of high performance and employee development.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose solutions that improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformations and promoting effective communication.
• Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
