HR Business Development Associate

🎯 Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing client enquiries, building relationships with business owners / HR heads, and converting them into long-term clients for our HR services.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Handle assigned leads & client enquiries and respond promptly
• Understand client requirements related to HR & Compliance
• Present our HR services - PF & ESIC, Payroll, Recruitment & Labour Law
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
• Schedule meetings & support in deal closure
• Maintain client data & daily follow-up reports

🛠️ Mandatory Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Payroll Processing & Recruitment - Mandatory
• Excellent Communication in Hindi & English
• Client Handling, Follow-up & Client Convincing Skills
• Basic MS Excel, Email & CRM Management

🎓 Eligibility

• Education: Graduation Mandatory, BBA / MBA in HR Preferred
• Experience: 06 Months to 2 Years in HR / Sales / Business Development / HR Consultancy
