Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Associate to join our HR team and support a wide range of people operations responsibilities.
The role will primarily focus on talent acquisition, reward management, and HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with at least 2–3 years of HR experience who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, working closely with people, and taking ownership of multiple priorities. This is a full time (5 days a week), on site (Financial District, Hyderabad) role that requires a dynamic and enthusiastic and resilient individual.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Hiring
- Own and support hiring requirements across teams.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, job descriptions, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, HR rounds, assessments, hiring discussions, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support offer discussions, offer letter preparation, candidate documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate status updates, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process from requirement intake to joining.
- Bring a strong people-focused approach to candidate interactions, ensuring candidates are evaluated not only for skills and experience, but also for attitude, communication style, cultural alignment, and overall fit.
- Reward Management, Commissions, and Incentives
- Support the HR team in managing reward-related processes including compensation changes, base pay revisions, appraisal letters, commission letters, incentive structures, and related documentation.
- Work with relevant business, sales, finance, and leadership teams to collect inputs required for commissions, incentives, and performance-linked payouts.
- Help review, track, and coordinate commission and incentive discussions, approvals, letters, and communication.
- Maintain accurate trackers for reward-related actions, pending approvals, issued letters, and follow-ups.
- Support documentation and communication related to compensation revisions, offer compensation structures, and reward-related policy updates.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance, and external HR systems or vendors where required.
- HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle
- Support onboarding activities including joining documentation, induction coordination, welcome communication, starter kits, system updates, and coordination with internal teams.
- Assist with employee exits, resignation processes, exit interviews, exit letters, asset handovers, and related follow-ups.
- Support HR documentation including offer letters, employment agreements, addendums, appreciation letters, policy acknowledgements, and compliance documentation.
- Help maintain employee records, HR trackers, HRMS updates, and people-related databases.
- Support policy-related work including drafting, reviewing, publishing, tracking acknowledgements, and coordinating employee communication.
- Assist with employee relations activities such as check-ins, employee queries, follow-ups, and coordination with managers or team leads.
- Use strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and judgment to understand employee concerns, identify people-related issues early, and support constructive resolution.
- Support engagement and communication activities including town halls, employee sessions, surveys, announcements, and internal HR communications.
- Take up additional HR operations responsibilities as required by the team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist, recruitment, or people operations role.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate coordination, offer management, and hiring documentation.
- Exposure to compensation, payroll coordination, incentives, commissions, or reward-related processes is preferred.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to understand individuals, read situations well, and respond with empathy, maturity, and discretion.
- Good interpersonal judgment and the ability to build trust with employees, candidates, managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across teams.
- High attention to detail across all work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and compensation-related information with discretion.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, follow-ups, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of HRMS tools, spreadsheets, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, and basic HR documentation processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, with Psychology as a base subject or area of specialization/ MBA / PGDM in HR, Human Resources Management, Business Administration
- Academic background or specialization in Psychology, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and people management systems is preferred.
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, technology company, or fast-growing organization.
- Prior experience supporting hiring across multiple functions.
- Experience working with payroll, HRMS, compensation letters, incentive plans, or commission structures.
- Ability to improve trackers, processes, templates, and HR workflows.
