We are expanding our HR team and looking for a skilled HR Generalist based in Surat who has experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment . As an HR Generalist at Avinyaa EdTech, you will be responsible for driving recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with our business goals and organizational culture. You will handle full-cycle recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and contribute to HR operations and strategies to support the overall growth of the company.

Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical (software engineers, developers, etc.) and non-technical (marketing, sales, administration, etc.) Sourcing : Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Employee Relations : Assist in managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment.

HR Operations : Support HR policies, compensation planning, benefits administration, and compliance.

Training & Development : Identify training needs and assist in implementing programs to improve employee skills and performance.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, employee data, and other HR-related documentation.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (both technical and non-technical roles).

Prior experience working in the IT sector , preferably within an EdTech company or a similar fast-paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools for both technical and non-technical hiring.

Strong understanding of HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Knowledge of Surat's job market and networking channels is an advantage.
