Hotel Manager (Khanapur)

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Direct daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Guest Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction scores, resolve escalated issues, and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor department heads and staff; ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
• Vendor & Asset Management: Negotiate supplier contracts, maintain property standards, and coordinate facility repairs and upgrades.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
