Hiring: Sr. Solutions Architect – AWS & Snowflake

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Snowflake, and Healthcare Data Solutions to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end cloud and data platform architectures using AWS and Snowflake.
• Develop scalable solutions for healthcare payer and provider domains, including claims processing, clinical data integration, population health analytics, and regulatory reporting.
• Architect AWS solutions using services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, Glue, Athena, Redshift, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and Step Functions.
• Design Snowflake data warehouses and Lakehouse solutions, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion, secure data sharing, and performance optimization.
• Drive AI enablement initiatives using AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, MCPs, and LLM/OCR-based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS requirements.
• Integrate healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, and CDA standards.
• Define cloud architecture standards, security frameworks, DevSecOps practices, and data governance strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

🔹 Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in solution/cloud/data architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and implementation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider business processes.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, and CDA.
• Healthcare data models, EMR/EHR integrations, claims, and clinical data processing.
• Data warehousing, data lakes, Lakehouse architecture, and API integrations.
• AI/LLM initiatives using AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, MCPs, or OCR technologies.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, PHI/PII security, disaster recovery, and high availability.
