Role Description The Healthcare Specialist at The Ant Quest® is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves supporting coaching and training programs with healthcare-related expertise, helping design and deliver workshops and sessions that integrate medical and wellness perspectives. The Healthcare Specialist conducts assessments, provides guidance on safe and evidence-informed practices, and collaborates with coaches to tailor programs for diverse individual needs. Daily activities include educating participants on basic healthcare principles, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role also requires staying updated on healthcare best practices and contributing to the development of training materials and protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess healthcare-related skills such as EMT and Medicine, with a strong understanding of patient safety and basic clinical protocols.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex healthcare concepts clearly and build trust with participants and team members.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to design and deliver structured sessions, workshops, and educational content related to health and wellness.
• Relevant experience in healthcare settings, wellness programs, or medical training environments is highly beneficial.
• Formal education in healthcare, medicine, nursing, or related disciplines is preferred, along with current certifications where applicable.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to evolving coaching and training needs.
