Why This Role Matters

You will build and lead the sourcing and delivery engine that powers every customer engagement. You will shape supplier ecosystems, quality systems, operating processes and customer delivery standards that become long-term competitive advantages.

Role Mission

Own the complete Sourcing & Supply Operations function, including customer delivery, supplier development, quality management, production coordination, logistics oversight and team leadership. Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, execution excellence, supplier performance and operational scalability.

What You'll Own

· End-to-end execution from RFQ to final delivery.

· Customer communication, project governance and escalation management.

· Supplier discovery, qualification, onboarding and long-term relationship management.

· Factory audits, capability assessments, compliance and export readiness validation.

· Commercial negotiations, production planning and supplier performance management.

· Quality systems including inspections, PPAP, CAPA, RCA and third-party quality coordination.

· Production tracking, logistics, shipment coordination and delivery.

· Creation of SOPs, supplier scorecards, dashboards and scalable operating processes.

· Hiring, mentoring and leading the Sourcing & Supply Operations team.

Experience

· 10–15 years in industrial sourcing, procurement, vendor development or supply chain leadership.

· Experience managing international customer-facing sourcing programs.

· Experience building and leading high-performing sourcing teams.

· Hydraulics

· Fluidics (Pumps & Valves)

· Industrial Machinery

· Heavy Engineering

· Precision Machining / CNC

· Fabrication

· Castings & Forgings

Technical Knowledge

· Manufacturing processes and engineering drawings

· CNC machining, fabrication, castings, and forgings

· Supplier capability assessments and factory audits

· Quality systems, inspections, RCA and CAPA

· Export manufacturing and supplier quality management

· Preferred: GD&T, PPAP/APQP, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma

Leadership Capabilities
