About the role

As the Head of Research, you will lead the research function, driving insights into the real estate markets of India and UAE. Your analytical capabilities will support strategic decisions and market evaluations.

Job description: Design and establish the group's research function, Produce primary and secondary research on UAE and Indian real estate markets, and Provide the market evidence underpinning valuation opinions.

Required Candidate profile: Master's degree or professional qualification in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics or a related discipline. CFA, MRICS or equivalent is strongly preferred. Must-have: Analytical rigour.
