We are seeking an experienced Head of Product – Small Business Banking to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for SME banking products. The role involves driving product innovation, portfolio growth, profitability, and asset quality while ensuring regulatory compliance. The incumbent will collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Collections teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and optimize product performance.

Candidates should have 12+ years of product management experience in Banking/Financial Services, strong knowledge of SME/Business Banking products, portfolio and P&L management, stakeholder management, and excellent analytical and leadership skills. An MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
