An opportunity for HR leaders from Tier 1 metro cities looking to return to Kochi and take up a meaningful leadership role.

Experience: 8–12 Years.

Preferred Background: IT Product / SaaS companies in metro cities.

We are looking for a strategic, people-centric Head of People to lead the end-to-end HR function for a fast growing, IT Product company.

Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will shape people strategy and partner with business leaders to drive organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead people strategy, organisation design and transformation aligned with business goals.
• Build a high-performance culture and enhance employee experience, engagement and retention.
• Drive talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benchmarking and rewards.
• Strengthen employer branding and attract top product talent.
• Oversee employee relations, HR policies and compliance with Indian and Kerala labour laws.
• Partner with the Founder and leadership team on people decisions and organisational development.
• Build and lead an accountable, high-performing HR team.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of comprehensive HR experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, HRBP and HR leadership.
• Preferred experience in IT Product / SaaS organisations.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices, compensation and labour compliance.
• Proven leadership, ownership, empathy and decision-making abilities.
