Role Description The Head of Marketing and Public Relations Intern is a full-time freelance, remote role based in Delhi, India. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, and supporting overall marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and customer engagement. The intern will conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare reports to support decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media and other communication channels, drafting press releases and promotional content, supporting public relations activities, and maintaining relationships with media and partners. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and help organize marketing events, promotions, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to contribute to Market Planning and Marketing Management, including campaign coordination and strategy support.
• Skills in Market Research, with the capacity to gather data, analyze customer insights, and monitor competitor activities and social media.
• Understanding of Sales processes and willingness to support promotional activities that drive lead generation and conversions.
• Public Relations skills, including drafting press materials, managing media outreach, and supporting brand reputation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail in all marketing and PR content.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, basic digital marketing tools, team coordination and office productivity software.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, visibility, and customer engagement.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage social media campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer preferences, and monitor competitor strategies and industry trends.
• Create engaging marketing content, captions, promotional creatives, press releases, and brand communication materials.
• Manage public relations activities, media outreach, and collaborations with relevant partners and platforms.
• Identify potential clients, get registrations, explore lead-generation opportunities, and support customer acquisition and conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, media representatives, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand outreach initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, professional communication, and a positive brand reputation across all platforms.
• Take ownership of marketing projects, contribute creative ideas, and support the overall growth of The Rishta Studio.

Remuneration: Rs 2500 per month + INCENTIVES
