Head of Banking Partnerships

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Banking Alliances to lead strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions, drive business growth, and build a high-performing alliances team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the banking alliances strategy, identifying and scaling partnerships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
• Drive partnership-led customer acquisition, disbursements and revenue growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations, deal structuring and end-to-end partner relationships.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, setting goals and driving execution.
• Collaborate with product, sales, risk and operations teams to launch and scale partnership initiatives.
• Track partnership performance, optimise outcomes and identify new growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in banking alliances, partnerships or business development within fintech, lending or financial services.
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and delivering business outcomes.
• Experience managing teams and scaling partnership functions.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and senior stakeholder management.
