Head – Cloud CoE (Cloud Engineering, xOps & AI Ops)

ABOUT PRATITI

Pratiti Technologies is a Pune-headquartered product-engineering company with offices in Austin and Dubai. We partner with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India to build software, data and Applied AI capability.

THE ROLE

We are growing our Cloud Centre of Excellence covering five practices

• Cloud & Modernisation
• Platform Engineering & DevSecOps
• SRE & Observability
• FinOps, including FinOps for AI
• AI Ops (MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps)

The CoE works across Azure, AWS, GCP and Databricks. As COE head you will set the charter, build the team, launch the offers and win the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Refine the CoE’s offerings, reference architectures and standards, and launch the new offers within 90 days
• Partner with our sales team on GCC pursuits; own solutioning, estimates and the technical win
• Turn first engagements into long-term managed services and dedicated teams
• Take AI workloads from pilot to production with strong evaluation, observability, guardrails and cost control
• Build reusable accelerators for cloud cost, platform engineering and AgentOps
• Hire and grow practice leads and architects; own the competency and certification programme
• Build our hyperscaler and Databricks partnerships, including partner tiers and co-sell

WHAT YOU BRING

• 15–20 years in cloud engineering, with 5+ years building or leading a cloud, DevOps or platform practice in IT services or product engineering
• A track record of owning pipeline and revenue, not only delivery
• An architect- or expert-level certification on Azure, AWS or GCP — and you are still hands-on enough to whiteboard a landing zone or review Terraform
• Production depth in Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code, SRE and FinOps
• Real exposure to running ML or GenAI workloads in production (MLOps / LLMOps)
• Experience with hyperscaler partner programmes
• You use AI tools in your own work and expect your team to as well

GOOD TO HAVE

• Certifications across multiple clouds, FinOps Certified Practitioner, CKA or Databricks
• Experience leading a platform or cloud team inside a GCC
• Exposure to industrial or engineering-software environments
