💰 CTC: ₹1.5 Lakhs – ₹2 Lakhs per Month

📅 Experience: 10–15 Years

💼 Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Industry – Neurology Division

2050 Healthcare Rehab Center is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Business Development to lead our growth initiatives in Neuro Rehabilitation Services.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute business growth strategies for Neuro Rehabilitation services

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Hospitals, and Healthcare Institutions

✅ Generate patient referral networks and strategic partnerships

✅ Lead the business development team to achieve revenue and growth targets

✅ Organize doctor engagement programs, CMEs, and awareness initiatives

✅ Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion across the region

Desired Profile

✔ 10–15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales/Business Development

✔ Strong background in the Neurology segment with an established doctor network

✔ Proven track record in achieving business and revenue targets

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, hospital marketing, or specialty pharma will be preferred
