Job Description

Positions: GSOC Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GSOC Analyst to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, identifying potential threats, responding to incidents, and supporting business continuity and safety initiatives. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and an interest in security operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor security systems, CCTV feeds, alarms, and incident management platforms.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate security incidents as per established protocols.
  • Maintain situational awareness of global events that may impact business operations, personnel, or assets.
  • Conduct incident tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, emergency services, and security vendors during incidents.
  • Support crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
  • Assist in investigations related to security breaches, workplace incidents, and threats.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to security procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  • International Relations
  • Homeland Security
  • Security Studies
  • Political Science
  • International Affairs
  • Geopolitics
  • Intelligence Studies
  • Risk Management
  • Or a related discipline
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during critical incidents.
  • Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control systems, or security technologies is a plus.
