ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing & SEO Specialist to drive organic growth, brand awareness, and user acquisition for QuantVedas.

You will take ownership of our SEO strategy, content marketing, social media presence, and community growth. Your goal will be to improve our visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, establish QuantVedas as a trusted brand among Indian traders, and convert online audiences into active users.

You will work directly with the founder, experiment with new growth strategies, and have the freedom to bring your ideas to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• SEO & Organic Growth
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Execute on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Improve rankings for keywords such as "Indian trading journal," "AI trading journal," and "trading journal India."
• Increase organic traffic and improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Social Media Marketing
• Build and grow QuantVedas' presence on Reddit, Quora, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop platform-specific content and engagement strategies.
• Create and distribute educational, engaging, and shareable content for trading communities.
• Content Creation & Brand Building
• Write SEO-friendly blogs, articles, social media posts, and website content.
• Create reels, short videos, and educational content around trading psychology, risk management, trading mistakes, and performance analytics.
• Establish QuantVedas as a trusted resource for Indian traders.
• Community Building & User Acquisition
• Engage authentically with stock market traders, F&O traders, crypto traders, and relevant online communities.
• Identify opportunities to drive referrals, website visits, registrations, and active users.
• Develop creative, cost-effective strategies to acquire and retain users.
• Analytics & Growth Experiments
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and relevant marketing tools.
• Experiment with new channels, content formats, and growth strategies.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on measurable results.
• AI-Powered Marketing
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, content production, and marketing workflows.
• Identify innovative ways to scale marketing efforts while maintaining quality and authenticity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, and organic growth.
• Familiarity with Reddit, Quora, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing, communication, research, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in metrics, experimentation, and performance improvement.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup.
• Ability to take ownership and execute initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Interest in stock markets, trading, fintech, AI, or SaaS products is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, or AI-powered marketing tools is beneficial.

Freshers, interns, self-taught marketers, and experienced professionals are all welcome. Practical skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn matter more than certificates alone.
