This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders and build the marketing and growth engine of an emerging mobility business from the ground up.## Key Responsibilities1. Digital & Performance Marketing - Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives. - Drive app installs, customer acquisition, conversions, and repeat bookings.2. SEO & Content Marketing - Improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility. - Develop engaging content strategies to strengthen digital presence.3. Brand Building & Social Media - Build brand awareness through social media, Reels, influencer collaborations, and creative campaigns. - Develop compelling marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.4. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Customer Acquisition - Develop and execute launch and market penetration strategies for Hyderabad. - Drive first rides, repeat bookings, referrals, and customer engagement.5. Growth & Pricing Strategy - Identify target customer segments, growth opportunities, competitive pricing, and promotional strategies. - Develop innovative, cost-effective customer acquisition initiatives.6. Marketing Analytics & Optimization - Track key metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversions, retention, referrals, and campaign ROI. - Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and improve growth outcomes.7. Strategic Partnerships - Build local partnerships with colleges, corporate offices, PGs, residential communities, apartments, and local businesses. - Explore collaborations that generate awareness, app adoption, and recurring customers.8.
