Job Description & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven professionals to join our Real Estate Partnerships vertical. As a Growth Associate, you will own an assigned micro-market, build relationships with residential resale brokers, develop a productive partner network, and drive home loan sourcing opportunities. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive opportunity to build a new business vertical from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Micro-Market Ownership & Development

  • Own an assigned geographical micro-market and map residential societies, active resale brokers, and property transaction clusters.
  • Identify high-potential brokerage firms and independent brokers; build a structured acquisition pipeline.
  • Track local market developments, resale activity, and competitive dynamics.

Real Estate Broker Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and onboard residential resale brokers; build relationships with brokerage founders, owners, and relationship managers.
  • Communicate Ambak's financing proposition and develop productive, lead-sharing partner relationships.
  • Maintain regular engagement through field visits, meetings, and networking activities.

Partner Activation & Business Growth

  • Convert onboarded brokers into actively transacting partners and generate qualified home loan leads.
  • Coordinate with internal fulfilment teams to facilitate loan processing and disbursement.
  • Drive monthly sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets while improving repeat business.

Community Building & Relationship Management

  • Build a local community of real estate professionals and participate in broker engagement events.
  • Maintain partner communication and coordinate timely case updates.
  • Establish Ambak as a trusted financing partner.

New Partnership Opportunities

  • Explore sourcing partnerships with chartered accountants, wealth managers, and other professionals.
  • Support referral initiatives, acquisition experiments, and market-feedback loops with Special Projects.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; preferred range of 1-3 years in business development, field sales, real estate partnerships, channel sales, or relationship management.
  • Prior experience at a residential resale real estate brokerage firm is strongly preferred.
  • Broker acquisition, property sourcing, or real estate transaction management experience is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and territory development skills.
  • Understanding of the residential resale real estate ecosystem and comfort with extensive fieldwork.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets; ownership-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Resale brokers identified, mapped, met, and successfully onboarded.
  • Active lead-sharing partners (Power Brokers) and qualified home loan leads.
  • Home loan logins, sanctions, disbursements, and monthly disbursement value / revenue.
  • Partner productivity, retention, repeat transactions, and micro-market growth.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

  • Build from day one: Help create a new distribution vertical, rather than manage an existing network.
  • Own your micro-market: Take direct responsibility for territory partnerships and growth.
  • Strategic exposure: Collaborate with Special Projects on expansion and new growth experiments.
  • Grow with the business: Opportunity for larger territories, partnerships, and leadership responsibilities.
