Job Description

Hyperion Digital is looking for a creative Graphic Designer with an understanding of political campaigns and social media communication. We welcome freshers with strong design skills as well as candidates with 6 months to 1+ year of experience.

The ideal candidate should understand how to create impactful political campaign creatives, design engaging social media content, and communicate campaign messages through effective visual storytelling.

Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory, as most of our creative content is in Punjabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Design political campaign creatives, social media posts, posters, banners, thumbnails, and digital advertisements.
• Understand campaign messaging and convert ideas into engaging visual designs.
• Work with Punjabi text while maintaining correct spelling, readability, and professional typography.
• Create creatives for political leaders, public outreach campaigns, and digital media pages.
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to develop creative concepts.
• Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines and campaign requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• 6 months to 1+ year of graphic design experience; freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
• Punjabi reading and comprehension skills are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of political campaigns and political social media creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design work is preferred.
