About the Role

Marquey is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for brands across social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand brand identity, and be familiar with Meta Business Suite for managing and publishing social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics, social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Develop visually consistent content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Prepare creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Use Meta Business Suite to schedule and publish posts, manage content calendars, and monitor basic post performance.
• Adapt designs according to campaign requirements, audience preferences, and platform specifications.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, including content scheduling and publishing.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and advertising creatives.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
• Good communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Preferred: Experience working with brands, marketing agencies, or social media campaigns.
