Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Karauli in a full-time capacity, creating visual concepts for branding, marketing materials, logos, and digital assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design layouts, selecting typography, refining brand elements, and producing graphics for print and online platforms. The role involves collaborating with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, translating briefs into design solutions, and revising work based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, maintain consistency across brand assets, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling layouts and illustrations.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive visual identities for clients.
• Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces effectively for various design contexts.
• Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents).
• Ability to interpret design briefs, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
