Graphic Designer - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics, icons, illustrations, infographics and layouts for eLearning courses and learning materials.
• Adapt designs to client brand guidelines and project style guides.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content writers and developers to translate content into visuals.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and manage multiple tasks across projects within deadlines.
• Organise and maintain design files and asset libraries.

Must-Have Requirements

• Design tools: Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (must) Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Language: Good written and verbal communication in English, with attention to spelling and grammar in visual content.
• Visual skills: Strong sense of layout, typography, colour and composition.
• Learning mindset: Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques, and openness to feedback.
• Go-getter attitude: Proactive, self-driven and ownership-oriented.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities without losing quality.
• Portfolio: A portfolio of academic, personal or freelance design work.
