Job Description

Wibits Web Solutions LLP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with at least one year of practical experience in graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and other digital platforms.

We are looking for someone who can transform ideas into compelling designs and videos, maintain brand consistency, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to our team. We value creativity, initiative, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn alongside technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Create attractive graphic designs, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative content from initial concepts and planning to final delivery.
• Add suitable transitions, captions, music, effects, and other elements to enhance video quality.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and video content.
• Research current design, video editing, and social media trends to suggest fresh creative ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop effective visual content.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Review creative outputs, incorporate feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
• Ability to create social media creatives, banners, promotional materials, Reels, and Shorts.
• Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, visual composition, transitions, captions, and background music.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with team members, and take ownership of assigned projects.
