Graduate Programme Overview

This 12-month Graduate Programme is designed for motivated recent graduates seeking to launch careers in fintech. Participants engage in meaningful, real-world projects from the start, receiving structured training and practical exposure across various business domains. Exceptional performance during the programme can lead to early promotions or extended career opportunities within Revolut.

Role Summary

The Data Science team addresses complex business challenges through innovative, practical data solutions. Graduate Data Scientists and Analysts collaborate closely with product teams to derive insights, inform decisions, and enhance the user experience by developing scalable data-driven tools.

Programme Structure and Location

Initial training includes an immersive boot camp covering the entire data lifecycle. Post-boot camp, participants join specialized teams such as Machine Learning or Data Engineering. The programme is open globally but requires relocation to one of Revolut's technology hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UK, or the UAE. Support is offered for visa acquisition, travel, and accommodation, with an expected in-office presence of approximately three days weekly where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an applied boot camp and contribute to actual projects spanning multiple departments
• Develop analytical tools and machine learning models, including dashboards and ETL pipelines to aid product launches
• Enhance monitoring of user onboarding and operational workflows
• Maintain and improve data systems such as ETLs and LookML models ensuring data accessibility and accuracy
• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Product teams to refine features and extract actionable insights
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses supporting business decisions on topics like interest rate sensitivity and conversion metrics
• Attend weekly team meetings to align with leadership and project priorities
• Organize workload, track project progress, and communicate results effectively
• Provide status updates to global stakeholders
• Receive and act on constructive feedback for professional growth

Candidate Requirements

• A predicted or attained upper second-class degree (2:1) or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline
• Graduation year 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and SQL query language
• Fundamental knowledge of mathematics and statistics
• Genuine interest in areas such as analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or machine learning engineering
• Excellent problem-solving ability coupled with a proactive approach
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Full-time commitment availability for the programme duration starting early or late 2027
• Ability to work onsite at a Revolut office in the country of employment at least three days per week, adhering to the hybrid work model
