Responsibilities

• Support productivity and process improvement projects
• Collect and analyze operational data
• Leading Continuous Improvement Projects and 5S activities
• Assist in process documentation and SOP preparation
• Support Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing functions

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Awareness of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and OEE concepts
• Data analysis and reporting aptitude
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn and work on shop-floor improvement projects
• Team player with a proactive attitude
