Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Must be from an automobile company OEM only (preferably CV industry) , candidates from auto component supplier cos not eligible
  • Should have hands on experience in Government & Institutional Sales
  • Should be well versed with GeM and Public Procurement Portals
  • Should have handled tenders from PSUs , & Govt departments like health, municipal corporations, agricultural departments, police etc.
  • Strong understanding of EVs and EV ecosystem , including battery chemistry, charging protocols, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling compared to diesel/petrol counterparts.
  • Must be open to travel extensively
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, emerging EV OEM.
  • High level of patience and persistence required to manage long government sales cycles and complex regulatory hurdles
  • Existing relationships with state transport departments is a significant advantage
