Google Ads Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and contribute to business growth through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns

Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting

Track and analyse campaign data to identify growth opportunities

Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and cost efficiency

Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to support lead generation

Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing

Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads is mandatory

Understanding of CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI/ROAS and campaign optimisation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with campaign data and derive actionable insights

• Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus
