Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

• 10-30 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in managing teams or agencies with excellent results.
• Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
