General Manager – International Marketing & Exports

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Develop and execute international sales & export strategies.

✔️ Expand business across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and other global markets.

✔️ Build and manage overseas distributors and channel partners.

✔️ Drive export revenue and international business growth.

✔️ Lead commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and export operations.

✔️ Represent the company at international trade fairs and business events.

✔️ Lead and mentor the International Marketing & Export team.

Candidate Requirements

✅ 15–20 years of experience in International Marketing & Export Sales.

✅ Strong expertise in global business development and distributor network expansion.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

✅ Willingness to travel internationally.

Mandatory Industry Experience

Candidates must have experience in the Bio-Organic Industry, including products such as Vermicompost, Organic Fertilizers, Compost, Potting Mix, Growing Media, Coco Peat, Horticulture Inputs, or related products.

⭐ Candidates from reputed organizations such as IFFCO or similar Bio-Organic/Fertilizer companies will be preferred.
