Designation - General Manager - Human Resources

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager – Human Resources to

lead the overall HR function for our corporate office. Acting as a core member of the leadership

team, you will partner directly with the CEO to shape people strategies that drive organizational

development and support business growth. This is a high-impact role requiring a visionary

leader capable of aligning human capital initiatives with our overarching manufacturing and

business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the complete, end-to-end HR function for the

corporate office, supporting a headcount of approximately 250 employees.

  • Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to

design and execute people strategies, organizational development plans, and change

management initiatives.

  • Core HR Operations: Drive key HR pillars including talent acquisition, employee

engagement, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.

  • Team Mentorship & Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing corporate

HR department comprising 1 AGM – HR and 7 HR team members.

  • Factory HR Oversight: Oversee, guide, and support 4 HR Executives stationed at the

manufacturing factory, who will report directly to this role.

  • Business Alignment: Ensure all HR practices, policies, and compliance measures

seamlessly align with the company’s business objectives and support long-term

organizational growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Industry Experience: Proven HR leadership experience, specifically within the

manufacturing industry.

  • Functional Expertise: Strong, hands-on exposure to handling end-to-end HR functions

at a corporate level.

  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and

navigating multiple HR stakeholders across both corporate and factory environments.

  • Strategic Acumen: High ability to work closely with C-suite executives and senior

leadership to drive strategic, company-wide HR initiatives.

  • Language Skills: Familiarity and fluency in Tamil is highly preferred to ensure seamless

communication across all levels of the workforce.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: 6-day working week.
  • Off Days: Sundays and the 2nd Saturday.
