General Manager - Finance (Surat)

• Role: To manage financial planning, analysis, cost control, cash flow, and risk management by ensuring effective control of financial statements and providing accurate insights to support management decision-making.
• Key Responsibilities
• Clear understanding of each line item of:
• Balance Sheet
• P&L;
• Cash Flow
• Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Budgeting activities.
• Overseeing forecasting.
• Measuring financial performance against budgets.
• Cash Flow & Capital Management
• Cost Control & Profitability Management
• Risk Management
• Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from a premier institute.
• Experience: 1218 years in manufacturing. Experience in a company that has scaled from 100 Cr to 500 Cr+ is highly preferred.

Compensation: Up to 100,000.00 per month
