General Manager Finance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Finance to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing industry in accounts & finance, including strong exposure to financial planning, costing, compliance, treasury, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Oversee financial statements, statutory audits, and internal controls.
• Manage manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization.
• Drive working capital, cash flow, treasury, and banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Lead ERP implementation and process improvements.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 10–12 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, ERP systems, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
