GenAI / ML Engineer (1-3 Years Experience | Immediate Joiner | Remote)

Our client is looking for a GenAI / ML Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to build reliable, production-grade AI applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, tool calling, structured outputs, and AI validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build GenAI and LLM-powered applications.
• Develop RAG pipelines and context-aware AI systems.
• Build Agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement tool calling, function calling, and multi-step workflows.
• Develop structured JSON outputs, validation layers, and guardrails.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Improve AI system accuracy, reliability, and failure handling.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in GenAI, AI/ML, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience with tool calling, AI agents, and structured outputs.
• Knowledge of FastAPI or Flask.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, guardrails, grounding, and hallucination reduction.
• Good understanding of production LLM workflows and AI reliability.

Good to Have

• Experience with Machine Learning and recommendation systems.
• Knowledge of market basket analysis, association rules, Apriori, or FP-Growth.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Exposure to LLM evaluation and monitoring.
• Experience with e-commerce or Shopify applications.
