:8+ years of project management experience with at least 8-10 years managing Oracle Cloud HCM projects

.Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Benefits Integration, Payroll Interface, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.)

.Aware of on data migration and testing strateg yHigh level knowledge of OIC and FDI for conversing with clients/ team sDevelop detailed project / KT plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals

.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, HR, IT, Oracle consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery

.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and quality outcomes

.Facilitate regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment

.Manage change requests, SLAs, scope adjustments, and project documentation in accordance with best practices and compliance standards

.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage Oracle Cloud HCM features to maximise business value

.Perform capacity planning for support and enhancement sMonitor and ensure project deliverables are on time and on-budget while adhering to quality process

.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments

Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification highly desirabl e.
