Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Functional Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and overall user experience of our website meet the highest standards. This position requires a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in functional analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge on external integration involved in a website would be a plus.
• Knowledge on Umbraco (CMS) would be a good addition.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with website testing tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement.

• Analyze and evaluate website functionality to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for website enhancements and new features.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of website functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and user expectations.
• Work closely with web developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.
• Preparing functional flow documents.
• Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for further refinement and enhancement.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website functionality issues, working closely with IT support teams as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in website functionality and user experience design.
• Good experience in working with business product owners and should have excellent stake holder management skills.
• Should have a good experience in JIRA & Scrum management which should include but not limited to managing, updating stories.
