Analyze and evaluate website functionality to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for website enhancements and new features.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of website functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and user expectations.
Work closely with web developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.
Preparing functional flow documents.
Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for further refinement and enhancement.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website functionality issues, working closely with IT support teams as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in website functionality and user experience design.
Good experience in working with business product owners and should have excellent stake holder management skills.
Should have a good experience in JIRA & Scrum management which should include but not limited to managing, updating stories.
