Fullstack developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern front-end and back-end technologies, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and Agile software development.

The role involves working closely with architects, product owners, UX/UI teams, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js / Angular.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js / Java / .NET Core, depending on the project.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
• Design and integrate relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement authentication, authorization, security, and role-based access controls.
• Integrate third-party and enterprise systems through APIs.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Contribute to application architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance improvements.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React.js or Angular
• HTML5 and CSS3
• Responsive web development
• State management and reusable component development

Backend

• Strong experience with one or more:
• Node.js
• Java / Spring Boot
• .NET Core / C#
• RESTful API development
• Microservices architecture
• Authentication and authorization

Database

• Strong SQL knowledge
• Experience with databases such as:
• SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• MongoDB
• Database design, queries, stored procedures, and optimization

DevOps & Cloud

• Git / GitHub
• CI/CD pipelines
• Azure or AWS
• Docker
• Kubernetes is an advantage
• Azure DevOps / Jenkins is an advantage

Testing

• Unit and integration testing
• Experience with frameworks/tools such as Jest, JUnit, Selenium, or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Understanding of security, scalability, and performance best practices.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Exposure to telecom, technology, or digital customer-experience domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Requirements

• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Full Stack development experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and enterprise application environments.
