• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and MSBuild.
• Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing/legacy Windows applications.
• Understanding of hardware‑interfacing or system‑level software.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication, reporting, and time‑management skills.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Experience using TDD (Test‑Driven Development) methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps tools.
• Experience with databases or structured data storage.
• A customer‑oriented approach with knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Experience upgrading applications to support newer Windows or Microsoft Visual Studio versions.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with attention to usability.
