About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer with hands-on knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the front-end and back-end of our website and is equally capable of contributing to our mobile app built with React Native and Expo. This role is well suited to someone early in their career — a fresher with some practical exposure (around 1 year of experience, including internships /project work) who is eager to grow and take ownership of day-to-day development and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the company website using Next.js for the front end and

Node.js for the back end.

• Build and maintain features for the mobile application using React Native and Expo, including front-end development and back-end integration.
• Handle day-to-day website changes, bug fixes, UI updates, and content changes promptly and independently.
• Contribute ideas and implementation work to improve website UI/UX and overall user engagement.
• Design, manage, and query databases, primarily MongoDB, to support application features.
• Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization flows, including login, sessions, tokens, and API security.
• Deploy and release application updates to production environments and assist in maintaining stable deployments.
• Debug and resolve issues across the front-end, back-end, database, and mobile application.
• Work closely with design and product teams to understand requirements and convert them into functional features.
• Explore and integrate AI/ML-based features and APIs into web or mobile applications under team guidance.
• Work with AI/ML concepts such as Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered application features.
• Support the team in experimenting with new AI tools and technologies and implementing practical AI-based solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Around 1 year of experience in full-stack development;

freshers and interns with strong academic projects, internships, or personal projects are welcome to apply.

• Solid working knowledge of Next.js and React.js.
• Good understanding of Node.js and frameworks such as Express.
• Experience or project exposure in building mobile applications using

React Native and Expo.

• Working knowledge of MongoDB and basic database concepts, including schema design and queries.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as

JWT, OAuth, or session-based authentication.

• Basic practical knowledge of application deployment, hosting, environment configuration, and production releases.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, with an interest in applying AI to real-world applications.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-based projects is preferred.
• Ability to integrate third-party APIs, including AI/ML APIs, into web or mobile applications.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and responsive design.
• Comfortable handling day-to-day and ad-hoc website changes with a quick turnaround.
• Prior experience through an internship, company, freelance project, or personal project is preferred.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
• Exposure to REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Basic knowledge of Python and common AI/ML libraries.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, or AI agents.
• Experience working with AI platforms/APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar services.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser/device testing.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer / Junior Developer with AI/ML exposure who is interested in working across web, mobile, backend, databases, and emerging AI technologies.
