Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

Job Overview

NetTech India is looking for a skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Trainer to train students in front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical project experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Java Full Stack Development.
• Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
• Train students in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Teach front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or Angular.
• Provide training in SQL, MySQL, database connectivity, and JDBC.
• Guide students through real-time projects and practical assignments.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Explain coding concepts through hands-on demonstrations and live coding.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in project development and interview preparation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
• Good understanding of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or Angular.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and development tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Java certifications are an advantage.
