Full Stack QA Automation Specialist

Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) Experience: 2-4 Years Location: Bengaluru, 5 days/week Joining Timeline: Immediate to 15 days About the Role: We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take complete ownership of product quality across Web, Android, and iOS platforms. The person should be comfortable with both manual and automation testing and should be able to work independently in a fast-paced product environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys understanding the product deeply instead of only executing test cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing for Web, Android, and iOS applications.
• Create and execute test cases for functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing.
• Identify bugs, product gaps, and usability issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Build and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Espresso, etc.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members during sprint cycles and releases.
• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and release validation.
• Use AI-based tools and modern testing techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Report risks, blockers, and quality concerns proactively.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of QA / Software Testing experience.
• Experience testing Web, Android, and iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Espresso, or similar.
• Experience in API testing and debugging.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Ability to understand product workflows and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in B2B or licensing-based products.
• Exposure to mentoring junior QA engineers.
