Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Full Stack Lead & Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead our engineering initiatives. In this dual role, you will act as both a technical lead and a solution architect, responsible for designing, ideating, and architecting scalable enterprise solutions, guiding development teams, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and driving best practices across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Design and ideate robust, scalable, and secure enterprise web applications and distributed architectures.

Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide engineering teams, performing code reviews and enforcing high coding standards and best practices.

Full Stack Development: Oversee and contribute to both frontend and backend development using modern web technologies and frameworks.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges across systems.

Collaboration: Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

CI/CD & Cloud Operations: Oversee deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure management, and automation practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
