Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end application development while contributing hands-on to architecture, development, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development / Lead roles
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js/NestJS or comparable backend technologies
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including SQL, schema changes, performance tuning, and data validation
• 2–4 years of meaningful production AWS experience, with strong expertise in serverless architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda
• Experience with Kafka or comparable event-streaming technologies
• Strong individual contribution along with technical/team leadership experience
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong team collaboration and team leadership capabilities
