Full Stack Java Developer & Team Lead

Role: Hands-on Technical Lead responsible for leading a small development team while actively developing and maintaining enterprise applications. The role involves full-stack development, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies.
• Work across backend, frontend, database, API, and integration layers.
• Build and support REST APIs and enterprise web applications.
• Drive technical decisions, application modernization, performance optimization, and security best practices.

• Java 8 & Java EE/J2EE Development (8+ years hands-on experience)
• Technical Leadership / Team Lead Experience (mentoring, code reviews, technical ownership)
• Enterprise Architecture & MVC Frameworks (Servlets, EJBs, DAO/DTO, JPA/Hibernate)
• Frontend Development with jQuery, Bootstrap, and DataTables
• Database & REST API Development (SQL, MySQL/MS SQL Server, JDBC, RESTful Services/JAX-RS)
