Full Stack Development Intern

Location: On-site – NX One, Noida Extension

• Someone who can own web features end-to-end, in a small and fast-moving tech team
• Excited about solving healthcare challenges through technology
• Deeply passionate about modern web development (frontend and backend)
• Aware of modern developer tooling, including AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium) for productivity
• Strong in clean code, software architecture, and web performance optimisation
• Able to make thoughtful decisions around database design, API design, UI/UX, and code maintainability

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, responsive web applications across the full stack
• Design, implement, and test modern user interfaces and backend workflows
• Write clean, high-performance, maintainable code on both client and server sides
• Design and optimise database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability
• Build robust RESTful/GraphQL APIs and handle third-party service integrations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn product ideas and wireframes into reality
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to boost development speed and efficiency
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment workflows

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React.js, Next.js, or Vue) and Node.js backend environments
• Practical understanding of database design and querying (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firestore)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and web state management
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of web architecture, folder/project structuring, and SSR/SSG concepts
• Awareness of and hands-on experience with AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Good understanding of Git, GitHub workflows, and basic CI/CD concepts
• Ability to take ownership, ship features fast, and iterate rapidly based on feedback
• Bonus: A strong GitHub/portfolio link featuring live web apps or personal open-source projects
