About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build modern web applications and add AI agents to them. You will design user interfaces and backend services where agents chat with users, call tools, work with business data and complete tasks, with humans in control.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

• Full stack development: build responsive front-end screens and scalable backend APIs for AI-powered products.
• Agent experiences: design chat, copilot and workflow interfaces where users interact with AI agents and see their progress.
• LLM and agent integration: connect LLMs and agents to applications using prompt engineering, tool / function calling, RAG and streaming responses.
• Systems integration: link agents to databases, APIs and enterprise systems, including through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Quality, security and safety: test agent behaviour, add guardrails and human-in-the-loop approvals, and protect user data.
• Delivery and leadership: release secure, scalable features with CI/CD, review code and mentor junior developers.

• On-time delivery of features and sprint commitments
• Quality and usability of the agent interfaces
• Accuracy and reliability of agent responses and tool calls
• Application performance, response time and AI cost control
• Security, privacy and responsible-AI compliance
• Defect rate, code quality and test coverage
• Reusable components, documentation and knowledge sharing
• Collaboration with product, design and QA teams

Mandatory skills

• 5 years of full stack development with React (or Angular) and Node.js, Python or Java
• TypeScript / JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or building agentic AI features
• Prompt engineering, RAG and tool / function calling
• SQL / NoSQL databases and vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, FAISS or similar)
• Git, CI/CD and Agile delivery

Good to have

• Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or AutoGen
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-agent workflows
• Next.js, WebSockets and streaming UI
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP), Docker and Kubernetes
• LLM evaluation, monitoring and AI security knowledge
