Experience: 4-8 years of qualified full stack development.

Backend: Working Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python competence with REST API design.

Frontend: Working React/Type Script competence, including state management and component architecture.

Databases: SQL competence against PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.

Practices: TDD/unit testing habit, Git workflow, and CI/CD familiarity.

Ownership: Comfortable owning a feature or module end-to-end within a small, autonomous pod.
